cosmetic repairs/tlc needed, scratches, knobs missing.
2 keys are broken/sticking. Manufactured approx in
1921. Has been a nice instrument throughout the years, but

The piano is an upright player piano with the player
mechanism removed.
The label reads “Melville Clark APOLLO Player Piano,
Chicago.” I’d
guess it was an inexpensive model from the 1920s or 30s (?),
but from what I’ve seen online Melville Clark pianos were
fairly reputable player pianos. It must have come to this
house (from my grandparents’ in Rogers Park) in the 1950s.
There is no piano bench.
It certainly needs cleaning and tuning if not more.
All but two of the keys sound, though they don’t
necessarily sound so sweetly.
It hasn’t been seriously played (or tuned) since the
1960s.
Needs to be collected from 1st floor living room.

Kohler and Campbell upright piano. Looks pretty good but
well used. Not a fine instrument at this point but can do
the job. Holds a tune well enough. All keys present and
accounted for. Need to pick up between 8 and 10 am or 3 to 5
pm, in general. You need to have vehicle and some bodies to
load. We can help some. In a basement unit with easy parking
access in the back and 5 concrete steps to go up. Come look
first. Would like it to go someone who will use it. I have a
taker for scrap already.

I would say in fair condition with one key needing
repair but was not really played that often.
There are 30 steps on a straight staircase to ground
level. Its all
yours.
