This piano is approxiamtely 50 years old.  All the keys work - but it does need tuning.  The wood is dark.  I have not played it in many years and just want it to have a good home.

Rough condition. Have another piano for use.

Will need to go out walkout door in basement and up a small hill to and then lift onto (one step)deck. Then level to drive.
