It is located in National Park Service
Housing unit. The piano purchase date to my knowledge is
July 1977, according to the inside service label. Mahogany.
Keys need to be cleaned.
It was given to me about four years ago. I had a local
appraiser to look at it. He shared that it has a cracked
soundboard that can be repaired close to but not perfect
original sound. The keys needs to be cleaned and needs to be
turned. The left front leg is loose. He appraised it's value
at 3100.00 two years ago. Has surface scratches and some
discoloration.

Moving out of state into a smaller home. The
piano is in excelant condition, no scratches on the case,
all keys are working perfectly, the sound board is made of
spruce and guarenteed not to crack or warp.It has not been
tuned for many years but has always been in the living
room.Matching piano bench and piano lamp included. |

Piano, bench and Metronome are all matching.
One leg needs some kind of repair. The wood is in good shape
but it doesn't seem to screw in quite right. Otherwise in
great shape. |

Piano needs some work and needs to be tuned.
Piano will be moved into the elevator and then out through
the back door via a ramp.Original movers turned the piano on
its side, placed it on a dolly and rolled it into the
building. |

the height is estimated. Looks nice, needs
tuning. It was being saved for my son but he never learned

This piano was my wifes piano growing up. It
is about 25-30 years old and we do not use it anymore. It is
in good condition, needs a tuning. The knobs close the
keyboard cover have fallen off, but can me easily replaced. |
