I have a circa 1925 Shoninger upright
piano.. It's a family heirloom that we all learned on, so
I'm remiss to part with it. Alas, I cannot ship it from it's
babysitter in Brattleboro, Vermont here to me in Portland,
OR.
It's not in perfect condition, but it
plays well and it's valuable as a vintage/antique.
There may be a crack in the board which
prevents it from being tuned to middle C. It has been tuned
to a nearby note, but may pose challenges accompanying a
tuned instrument. It also has two mute notes...perhaps high
F and double-low G. They may just need new bands or hammers.
There is also a crack in the ivory on one key.
The wood and finish are in mint condition.
Its estimate dimensions are 5'x5'x2.5'.
I will either sell for $100 or offer free
if you can pick up.
Let me know any and all questions,
